The FMT Fixed Walkways are normally delivered to support a Mobile Gangway or as a transition tunnel to and from a Mobile Telescopic bridge or Fixed Telescopic Bridge.
FMT design the fixed walkway to mix in with the terminal building and the mobile/fixed bridge which is the final connection to the ship. The customer or end-user may have large impact on the design and choice of material and colors.
The FMT Fixed Walkways are many times delivered with steel support columns and can be delivered as either fully ready-made units or in pieces for local site assembly.
